Postiz Social Scheduler (“Postiz”, “the App”) is a web-based social media scheduling and publishing tool operated via mirnyt.com.
The service allows users to upload media and schedule or publish content to connected third-party platforms, including but not limited to TikTok.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal right to use and publish all content uploaded through Postiz. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and policies of connected platforms.

3. User Content

• You retain full ownership of your content.

• You grant Postiz Social Scheduler a limited, temporary license to store, process, and transmit content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

4. Prohibited Use

Users may not upload:

• Illegal or infringing content

• Content violating third-party platform rules

• Spam, abusive, or deceptive material

5. Third-Party Platforms

Publishing and availability of content are subject to the rules, limits, and review processes of third-party platforms (e.g. TikTok).
Postiz Social Scheduler is not responsible for content removal, account restrictions, or rate limits imposed by these platforms.
